So much fun! I was skeptical at first when my friend told me I had to go... but damn! It is a work out! I am now the one telling everyone you must go! Its so refreshing to see all types of people that come out to dance, booty shake and get their sweat on. Super affordable too! Oh and the "Umbrella" Rihanna song leg work out is killer... in a good way. Ellaaa Ellaaa Ehhhh Ehhh..

Who knew booty popping required so much stamina?? I loveee getting my cardio done here! Running/jogging just isn't a sustainable workout for me - I get so bored that not even music can distract me during a run. But this class, although it is INTENSE, you are constantly motivated and the music and moves are so fun and upbeat! You WANT to come back again and again. A lot of the moves will make you feel it in your thighs, waist, and back the next day. And it's not only cardio - you'll get your strength training done with all the squats and lunges.
