We did the 5k Run for Prevention and Treatment of Cancer on Pat’s Team he created called #THEMOVEMENT. Pat is a friend of mine, young guy, only 27, and this past June he went to the doctors and found out he had testicular cancer. The next day, he went into surgery and a week la
Neil and I feel that the obese population is the new “invisible population” of the fitness industry, when they are the ones who need it most. There are NO fun workouts created for this population, so we took amazing music from KAZAXE and converted them into Chair and basic
I've gone to every class in the area - Equinox, Xport, Fitness First, Golds Gym, Bikram, LA Fitness-DC, Downdog Yoga, LA Boxing). I drive all the way from Tysons for this class because there is no other class even close to it! It's worth the drive, the location, and the class!

I have zero experience with dancing (other than taking a few Zumba classes at the gym) and I find that Kazaxe is usually easy to follow along. The instructors are amazing and they make the class fun and motivate you to work really hard. I leave drenched and usually go through two water bottles during each class. The music is fantastic and loud (which is how I like it).

I've joined gyms and attended all kinds of different classes and I've never had a workout like this! The music is always hot and loud and the energy is fun...just the way I like it. It doesn't feel like exercising and that's why I keep coming back. I've brought many friends w/ me and they've loved it!
Thuyanh P., Alexandria, VA
The workout was the best latin-dance style workout I've ever attended. I'm a licensed Zumba instructor, and this style is more intense and more fun.
Unlike some of the Zumba fitness classes at the Y, you feel like you are at an actual party, learning dances that you would love to break out on the floor of the club.

This ain't no remedial Zumba class... no "1 and 2 and 3 and 4"... and no, this is NOT the strip club. Okay, well... nevermind. Let's just say your inner dead-sexy beast comes out after that warm up... you got hip hop, reggaeton, soca, dubstep, dancehall, samba... What's not to love already?!?! No prior dancing experience necessary. It'll just come naturally.
